Experienced NHS manager with over 16 years of service, currently leading the Community Midwives at Kings. Dynamic leader driving improvements in service provision, efficiency, and staff wellbeing. I have led QI projects including redesign of postnatal care, community clinic developments, and cost saving initiatives. I am a former Bereavement Midwife where I endorsed and project managed a CQC mandated maternity bereavement suite and nominated for an NMC award. I hold an MSc with published research on international healthcare experiences. I am Prince2 certified alongside targeted recruitment, EDI, learning from safety incidents through PSIRF, audits, financial planning, and focused on improving outcomes for women, families, and staff. My earlier work included international midwifery education with the Tropical Health and Education Trust in post-conflict Somalia.
