D2: Relational resilience: bridging individual and system approaches to safety in healthcare

In this session the concept of relational resilience will be presented together with a relational dynamics model and case narratives representing different healthcare stakeholders spanning from patients, informal caregivers, and healthcare professionals to healthcare leaders, integrated care, and health systems. In this broad context there are cross-cutting characteristics of relational resilience as well as support tools.
After this session, participants will be able to:
- Know what relational resilience is.
- Have knowledge of examples of relational resilience with different healthcare stakeholders.
- Use a framework to reflect on own experiences with relational resilience.
- Have an overview of different tools for supporting relational resilience.
