Rosanna Hunt is an Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in the NHS, specialising in learning and change within complex adaptive systems. Her work focuses on enabling teams to co-create and embed innovative approaches to improvement—particularly in environments where scale, complexity and agility are essential. As an ILM5 Coach and certified SenseMaker® practitioner, Rosanna brings a deep understanding of complexity-informed methods to support digital transformation. She holds a CIPD certification in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change, and applies these principles to help teams navigate uncertainty, foster engagement, and drive productivity.
Rosanna has authored papers, blogs and podcasts that translate learning theory into practical strategies for change. Her career includes collaboration with high-profile institutions such as the European Union and Cambridge University, and she previously served as Head of Organisational Development at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Currently a Senior Associate with NHS Horizons, Rosanna supports teams across and beyond the NHS to deliver high-impact development and improvement initiatives. Her work increasingly explores how generative AI can be used to scale engagement, surface collective intelligence, and co-create digitalisation strategies that are both inclusive and adaptive.
