Dr Jill Poots is Network Manager and Research Fellow for the Evidence-based QUality Improvement and Patient Safety (EQUIPS) Research Network, a network co-funded by HSE National Quality and Patient Safety and Ireland’s Health Research Board to coordinate and accelerate quality improvement and patient safety research. Jill’s research background is grounded in Human Factors, most recently, focusing on telemedicine. Since joining EQUIPS, she has become increasingly interested in investigating successful collaboration for quality and patient safety improvement.
