Programme Director and Senior Researcher, Erasmus University; Netherlands

Relinde de Koeijer is Associate Professor and Program Director for Clinical Leadership and Senior Researcher in Continuous Improvement in Healthcare at the Erasmus Center for Healthcare Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam. She is also Assistant Director at the Center, where she leads research and education initiatives on healthcare quality, patient safety, and leadership development.

In addition to her academic roles, Dr. de Koeijer serves as a member of the Supervisory Board in the Dutch disability care sector, contributing her expertise in governance, strategy, and quality improvement. She is an experienced lecturer and mentor, supporting healthcare professionals in developing leadership skills that drive sustainable improvements in care delivery.
