Victoria Saffin

Assistant Director of Quality Management, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust; UK
Victoria began her career in 2005 working in psychology for the prison service in Devon before moving into forensic mental health services. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Plymouth, a PRINCE2 qualification, and is a Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign (QSIR) Practitioner. She is also an Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Coach, IHI Improvement Advisor (IA), and an accredited European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) coach, and is currently undertaking an apprenticeship in artificial intelligence for business value.
Since joining Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in 2013, Victoria has worked across Patient Experience and Quality Management. Appointed Head of Quality Improvement in 2018, she was instrumental in embedding the trust’s quality improvement agenda. In 2022, she became Assistant Director of Quality Management, leading the implementation of a holistic framework to drive improvement.
A member of the Q community, Victoria is passionate about end-user involvement and continuous improvement across southeast London.
