Liv Mathiesen is professor in clinical pharmacy with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy research, research leadership, teaching and supervision. I have supervised six PhD-students doing research in clinical pharmacy or medication safety. In the projects led by me we have focus on optimizing the treatment with medications to patients with multiple long-term conditions, and on understanding the hospital discharge processes from the patients’ perspective.
