Anette holds a master’s degree in comparative politics from the University of Bergen. She has additional education in strategic analysis and intelligence from the Norwegian Police University College, human rights studies from the University of Oslo, and risk analysis from the University of Stavanger. In addition, she has education improvement methodology and implementation.

Anette has previously worked in the police force and held various positions within strategic analysis, intelligence, and communication. She has also served for many years as an election observer through NORDEM (Norwegian Resource Bank for Democracy and Human Rights).
