A7: How to get your Quality Improvement work published
Tuesday 10 March 2026 | 11:00-12:00
Session format: Workshop
Healthcare staff, improvement professionals, patients, families, and caregivers across all healthcare settings play a vital role in designing and leading initiatives to improve care quality. One of the most effective ways to share this quality improvement (QI) work is through publication in peer-reviewed journals. Through a combination of lecture and group discussion, this session will support participants to identify opportunities to publish QI work, recognise common pitfalls in QI manuscript submissions, and explore practical strategies that can be applied during both the project and writing stages to improve the likelihood of publication.
