YC Lee is a certified Lean Master, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and continuous improvement leader. She is currently a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) consultant at Dalin Tzu Chi Hospital. Previously, she worked at Philips Healthcare, Medtronic, and Seagate Technology, where she led LSS deployments and sustainability programs.

For over 20 years, YC has trained and mentored thousands of diverse, transdisciplinary team members in LSS systems, developed LSS training programs, and facilitated numerous kaizen events. Since 2015, YC’s work has spanned operating rooms (OR), emergency department (ER), dialysis centers, COVID units, testing laboratories, outpatient clinics, pharmacies, and many other settings to optimize flow, reduce waste, improve patient safety and quality of care, and lower operating costs. YC helped found the first Lean Healthcare Center in Taiwan in 2022. YC holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electronic and Electrical
Engineering, an M.B.A. in Operations Management, and an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems.
