Lead Strategist, Region Jönköping County; Sweden

Anette Nilsson works in Region Jönköping County as a development strategist with focus on the
transition work to meet the future needs of healthcare. She also works at Swedish Association
and Local Authorities (SALAR) as a project manager for the national large-scale co- production
program for a documented agreement a partnership between patients and professionals. She is
also in the board at SALAR for the work who will support the transforming to a more person-
centred and integrated healthcare. With her she has experiences from big scale change in
complexity, worked with Quality improvment both national and international, manager, project
manager, coach and consultant both nationally and internationally in the public sector and private
business. She is also the founder of the program Passion for life who received a European prize
for active aging.
