Anne-Mette has a background in nursing. She also holds a master’s degree in health psychology and foundational studies in administration, leadership, and occupational psychology from the University of Bergen. In addition, she has education and experience in improvement methodology and implementation.

Anne-Mette has worked with patient safety and continuous improvement of healthcare services in Helse Vest. She has also served as an infection control advisor in hospital settings.
