It can be difficult to meet people at large conferences, so we have taken the stress out of it for you by offering a number of opportunities to connect with others and enjoy your time in Oslo.

Our new Community Zone

Our central Community Zone is divided into themed zones so you can seek out the posters, people and products of most interest to you. View the posters, listen to presentations and connect with others over our extended refreshment breaks and in the Braindates lounge.

Stay connected with our app

We’ll be launching our event app shortly. Ahead of the conference, make sure you connect with peers. Once you’re onsite you’ll be able to use the app to exchange contact info and build connections for future discussions.

Braindates

Networking is important but it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. That’s why we’re introducing Braindates. Everyone will get access to the Braindates platform through the event app in February.

Braindate enables one-on-one and small group conversations centered on the topics that matter most to you, proposed by you and fellow attendees. The focus is on meaningful dialogue and practical insights – less small talk, more value.

Whether you’re working through a challenge, developing a new idea, or preparing to make your next strategic move, Braindates provides a starting point. Share a topic, schedule a conversation, or join a discussion led by someone else.

Evening Reception on Tuesday 10 March

Available to all attendees, join us in the Community Zone at NOVA Spektrum for our evening reception with drinks, food, Nordic Activities, and entertainment. As well as a chance to connect with like minded colleagues from across the world, you’ll also be able to: 

• Meet with Poster Authors throughout the poster zones to hear about their quality improvement or patient safety projects

• Take part in our self-guided Poster Walkaround, where our poster champions have selected a handful of posters to showcase

•  Meet our shortlisted Global Top 30 Improver Awards and vote for your winner. 

•  Discover the power of Braindating! Visit the Braindates Lounge to meet with your peers.
