Annie Redhead is the A/Nursing Director for Surgery MNH and Project Lead for Deadly Feet. With over 12 years of experience as a nurse in Vascular Surgery at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, she has witnessed the significant impact equitable access to health care has on patient outcomes. She is passionate about improving access to care for vulnerable patient groups.

Annie is grateful for the opportunity to build Deadly Feet in collaboration with community as well as to attend engagement events alongside the Metro North Health Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Leadership Team. These events have provided a chance to build trust with community, promote the Deadly Feet service and offer foot health screening to community.
