Executive Director, A Gender Agenda; Australia

Dr Vik Fraser (they/them) is an advocate, educator and leader dedicated to real equity for LGBTIQ+ individuals and communities. They are currently the Executive Director of A Gender Agenda, supporting intersex, trans and gender-diverse people.  

Holding a PhD in Education from Western Sydney University, Dr Fraser’s career spans education, research and government, where they champion inclusion and rights-based approaches to health and social policy. Their advocacy is informed by lived experience as a queer person with a hidden disability, shaping a strong commitment to intersectionality and community-led change.

Through evidence-informed leadership and deep community engagement, Dr Fraser works to create systems where human rights approaches and lived experience input drive meaningful, lasting change.
