Emma Miles
Event Manager
I’m the Event Manager for the International Forum and I joined BMJ in 2009. I am responsible for the logistics, management, and delivery of the event. This year our focus will be building on what we learned about virtual events in 2020. I am looking forward to a return to face-to-face events in the future and returning to Gothenburg in 2022.
Kyle Rolph
Senior Conference Producer
I’m Kyle Rolph and I am the Senior Conference Producer for the International Forum. I joined the BMJ in 2012 and my role is to work closely with our audience, speakers, and Programme Advisory committees to create an exciting and relevant programme for the event.
Holly Edwards
Head of Events
I have been at BMJ for ten years and led the Events Team since 2017 as Head of Events. I support the team with our growth, development and delivery and work closely with our partners and supporters.
Rosemary Rogers
Associate Head of Events
I rejoined BMJ in February 2020, having previously worked with the Events team in 2014/15, supporting the growth and development of the International Forum in Europe and its launch in Asia and Australia.
I have enjoyed meeting former and new contacts on these very special events and helping the team plan to deliver a great experience for delegates, partners, sponsors and exhibitors. It is a challenging time, while we work out how to continue to deliver content, partnerships and networking, while keeping our delegates and clients safe in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the first instance, this involves working to deliver virtual events, while planning for what these events will look like in a post COVID world. I look forward to connecting with you in the near future, either virtually or face-to-face.
Warren Lee
Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
I have the privilege of working closely with our Partners, Programme Advisory Committee members and supporters around the world. It’s work that’s really fulfilling, helping our supporters make the most of the International Forum as a place for learning, sharing and connecting. I look forward to meeting you!

Andy Josephides
Event Sales Manager
I joined BMJ three years ago as Event Sales Manager, responsible for managing commercial revenue delivery on the Forum portfolio of events. My main role is to drive sponsorship and exhibition sales revenues across all our Forums.
At our virtual International Forums, I am hoping to prove ROI to all our sponsors and exhibitors by showing them how to achieve their marketing goals in our virtual venue. I want to ensure that they all have a great virtual experience, where they can show off their products, warm up leads, and deepen relationships with clients.
Rachel Harris
Sponsorship & Exhibition Marketing Manager
I work collaboratively across our sales and events team to help bring together our sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers to help influence and connect with healthcare professionals in a digital environment. I’ve been working at BMJ for 20 years, and I‘ve had the pleasure to attend many of our fantastic events. I have met many delegates and participants from all over the world, heard some inspiring keynotes and seen first-hand the amazing work achieved at ground level in hospitals with improving patient experience and outcomes.
