Find the answer to some frequently asked questions about attending the International Forum taking place in Canberra in 2025.


  • What is the format of the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare in Canberra?

    We will be in Canberra for a three-day in-person conference on 19-21 November 2025.

    We will also be offering a virtual attendance option. More information about this will be shared in early 2025.

  • How can I register?

    Registration for the in-person conference will open in April 2025 and more information about ways to attend and register will be made available then.

    All bookings are made and paid for online.

  • Can I speak in Canberra?

    Yes – our Call for Speakers is open.

    Find out more about the proposals we are looking for and submit by 12 February 2025.

  • Can I display a poster in Canberra?

    Yes! Our Call for Posters will open in late February 2025 and we will share more information about how to submit then. In the meantime, we are accepting proposals to speak in Canberra.

  • Where can I find the programme for the conference?

    The programme for the International Forum in Canberra will be available in June 2025.

  • Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

    Yes, all delegates will automatically receive a general certificate of attendance which will be emailed to you within 2 weeks after the conference.

  • Is the International Forum accredited?

    The conference in Australia is typically not accredited. However, the certificate of attendance that each delegate receives contributes to claiming  CPD points.
