*Group savings apply when a minimum of 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time for the 2-day or 3-day packages. There are no group rates for those who wish to attend on Wednesday 21 May only. See more about booking as a group below.

**We have special discounted rates, exclusive of further Early Bird discounts, for Students in full-time education; Residents of Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LMCs) and Lower-Income Countries (LICs). See criteria below for booking with our special discounts.

The prices in the table above are in AUD, per delegate and are inclusive of Australian GST at 10% 

All bookings should be made online and are payable by credit/debit card or invoice. We can only issue invoices for groups of five or more people from the same organisation.

Each attendance package includes:

  • Access to all keynote and plenary sessions; any networking events that we organise onsite; lunch and refreshments; access to the exhibition hall, poster displays and presentations taking place during the two or three days you are registering for
  • All registrations will automatically receive full access to the digital ePosters platform

Special attendance rates

Our special rates apply only to standard registration fees and do not cover travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with attending the conference.

Early Bird rates are not available for our special discount packages. All of the below places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Students
Full-time students can apply for discounted rates by sending:

  • A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
  • An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference

Lower-Middle & Low-Income Countries
