Warning of an email scam from Global Travel Experts

We have been made aware by a delegate that they have received an email from a company called Global Travel Experts (support@gtravelhosting[dot]com).
This company is not in any way affiliated with BMJ and IHI or related to the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare Hong Kong 2024.
Please do not respond to those messages or provide them with any of your personal details. We believe it is a scam.
If possible, we recommend blocking the sender Global Travel via support@gtravelhosting[dot]com, planning@gtravelhosting[dot]com, reservations@gtravelhosting[dot]com, bookings@gtravelservices[dot]com.
If you receive an email from this company or anything similar, mark it as spam and delete it immediately.
We want to emphasise that BMJ and IHI have not provided participants’ email addresses to this or any other company and do not publish participants’ emails online.
If you are contacted by any such agency or have any questions regarding their legitimacy, please don’t hesitate to contact us at events@bmj.com.

Dear XXXX,
Please let us know your arrival and departure dates in Hong Kong so that we can reserve your room for the conference in August.
Respond back so that we may email you the hotel booking form and confirm the reservation.
Keep in mind that all reservations are entirely flexible, refundable, and adjustable up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
