Adj Asst Prof Chan Lai Gwen graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2001, with certifications in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry. At Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), she specializes in treating patients with psychiatric conditions related to stroke, brain injury, and Parkinson’s Disease. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as the Chair of the TTSH Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) Sub-Committee, where she leads the implementation of PROMs hospital wide. Prof Chan also develop the framework and methodology that guide the integration of PROMs into clinical practice, which includes oversees the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the effectiveness of PROMs.
