Kelvin is a seasoned healthcare improvement professional with over two decades of experience in Quality Improvement, Innovations, Operations, and Patient Experience spanning across multiple industries. As the Head of Quality, Innovations & Improvement at JurongHealth Campus in Singapore, Kelvin leads a team of improvement specialists in developing strategies and building capacity for improvement and innovation. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Improvement Advisor, Kelvin is passionate about driving organizational change through methodologies such as Model For Improvement, Lean, Human-centred Design, and Design Thinking. His expertise spans both healthcare & telecommunications industries, giving him a unique perspective on system-wide improvements. Kelvin has been appointed by Singapore’s Ministry of Health as the Ensure Safer System (ESS) leader for JurongHealth Campus, partnering with Joint Commission International to support the organization’s journey towards High Reliability.
