Yan Jun is currently the Lead Process & Innovation Specialist at JurongHealth Campus (JHC), a position that he held since 2018. With a cumulative decade of healthcare experience, Yan Jun developed strategies to build Quality Improvement (QI) capacity and capability, designed QI training curriculum and continuously promote quality improvement culture in JHC. Yan Jun’s expertise in the Model for Improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking was instrumental to tackle complex hospital issues and drive system-level changes through organisation-wide QI projects. His contributions extend beyond JurongHealth, collaborating with fellow improvers at NUHS cluster level and serving as CHI Learning & Development Knowledge Ambassador, impacting healthcare improvement and productivity on a broader scale.
