Dr Ng Yeuk Fan is a Senior Consultant Public Health Physician and Director of Corporate Development at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Yishun Community Hospital, National Healthcare Group, Singapore. He brings over two decades of leadership in health system transformation, performance improvement, and healthcare innovation across policy, hospital, and regional health system levels.
Dr Ng is internationally recognised for pioneering approaches to value-based healthcare, integrated care systems design, and population health transformation. He leads major system-wide initiatives using systemic design, complexity science, and systems thinking—most notably the Unified Care Model and Health System Transformation Playbook, which have garnered international interest from designers and stewards of healthcare systems to support their care, governance as well as digital transformation.
His work in AI for healthcare focuses on leveraging large language models and generative AI to enhance planning and quality improvement initiatives in care as well as in corporate transformation. He has developed and delivered hands-on AI workshops for healthcare professionals and speaks internationally on the application of AI in driving transformation.
As Adjunct Associate Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Duke-NUS Medical School, he also teaches leadership, quality and value, systems thinking, and integrated care and population health.
