Mr Rexford Del Rosario is a dedicated ICU nurse turned quality and patient safety professional. As Manager of Medical Affairs at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, he spearheads clinical quality reviews and analysis of adverse events, driving continuous improvement. Rexford pioneered a robust incident reporting system and implemented various safety culture initiatives at the hospital. He underwent human factors training on incident investigation with Medled UK and currently serves as core faculty for their program. Previously, Rexford was President of the Healthcare Quality Society of Singapore and Associate Editor for the Journal of Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality. He is a sought-after peer reviewer for international quality and safety journals. Rexford earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing with high honours, Magna cum laude, in the Philippines before moving to Singapore in 2011.
