Mr. Tan Hai Yang is a Deputy Director in Allied Health at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, NUHS. He has 28 years of experience in public healthcare. He started out in Changi General Hospital as a Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and later expanded into academia, research, and administrative roles. In the last 15 years, he held administrative roles at MOH, NUH, NUS and presently at NTFGH. He actively contributes to physiotherapy’s development and regulation and leads national projects such as crafting EPAs for physiotherapy undergraduate education. He underwent the human factors programme on incident investigation with Medled UK and currently serves as a core faculty of HF programme at JurongHealth Campus.
