Dr Peter Chow is the Chief Executive Officer of IHH Healthcare Singapore, with over 20 years of healthcare management experience in both the public and private sectors. He trained as a dental surgeon at the National University of Singapore and subsequently moved into healthcare administration.

At IHH Singapore, Dr Chow leads strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across key entities, including Gleneagles, Mount Elizabeth, Mount Elizabeth Novena, and Parkway East hospitals, as well as Parkway Shenton, Parkway MediCentre Woodleigh, Parkway Radiology, Parkway Rehab, Parkway Cancer Centre, and Parkway College.

Prior to joining IHH, he held multiple senior roles at the National Healthcare Group (NHG), including Director of Quality & College, Director of Corporate Development & Communications, and Chief Operating Officer of NHG Polyclinics.
