Chek Chai is a healthcare and TPA expert with over 18 years of experience in Corporate Employee Benefits Programs. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of New South Wales. He started his healthcare career as an Operations Manager at Raffles Hospital and subsequently joined iXchange as Head of Third Party Benefits Administration.

Promoted to COO at Parkway Shenton in 2017 and later CEO of iXchange in 2021, he expanded iXchange’s TPA services and launched a new state-of-the-art TPA system in 2022. Under his leadership, iXchange achieved key certifications like OSPAR, ISO 27001 Cyber Trust Mark and became the first TPA to manage two Shield TPA programs in 2023.

Chek Chai is dedicated to lowering healthcare costs through collaboration within Singapore’s healthcare ecosystem. His proactive approach emphasizes cost optimization and sustainability within the Singapore healthcare ecosystem, positioning iXchange as a leader in delivering innovative and reliable healthcare solutions.
