Dr. Steve Davis, MD, MMM, is the president and CEO of Cincinnati Children’s, ranked the No. 1 pediatric health system in the U.S. for 2023-24. Since joining in 2015 and becoming CEO in 2021, he has led major initiatives, including a $600M Critical Care Building and a $60M Applied Gene and Cell Therapy Center. Under his leadership, Cincinnati Children’s has expanded specialty care, research, and telehealth services. A pediatric critical care physician, Dr. Davis previously held leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic. He holds multiple degrees and actively contributes to pediatric healthcare advancements, patient safety, and leadership education.
