He is a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist, and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, with over 15 years of experience in healthcare quality and safety. He oversees incident and risk management for the cluster, provides training on patient safety and root cause analysis, and acts as a reviewer for prominent healthcare quality journals.  Andy is passionate about innovation, often thinking outside the box to find solutions that enhance work performance and reduce incidents. His work on patient safety has been published in various international journals, showcasing his expertise and contributions to healthcare quality improvement.
