National Healthcare Group

SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ)
SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ) has been active in integrating cluster-wide efforts in patient safety and quality within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. IPSQ’s goal is to eliminate preventable errors and harm and improve patient outcomes by building and cultivating a strong patient safety culture.

SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre draws on the collective strengths of SingHealth and Duke-NUS Medical School to drive the transformation of healthcare and provide affordable, accessible and quality care to patients. It boasts of a network of acute hospitals, specialty centres, community hospitals and polyclinics offering over 40 clinical specialties.
St. Andrew’s Community Hospital
St. Andrew’s Community Hospital (SACH) is a service of St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital, one of the largest community care and non-profit organizations in Singapore.
In addition to inpatient rehabilitation, subacute and palliative care, SACH also provides outpatient services across Singapore. These include community rehabilitation, primary care, home care and home palliative care, senior care as well as migrant worker medical services. Quality improvement is at the core of its efforts to provide excellent and accessible care that meets the needs of the community.

Hospital Authority of Hong Kong
The Hospital Authority (HA) is a statutory body established in 1990 and accountable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government. As of 31 March 2023, the HA is responsible for managing 43 public hospitals and institutions, 49 Specialist Out-patient Clinics (SOPCs), and 74 General Out-patient Clinics (GOPCs) in Hong Kong.
Malaysian Society for Quality in Health
The Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) was established in 1997 with the vision for advocating, promoting and supporting continuous quality improvements and safety in Malaysia’s healthcare sector. Through accreditation programs, standards development, and fostering a platform for exchanging best practices, MSQH holds national and international recognition for promoting continuous improvement in healthcare services nationwide.
