Director of Communications, Life Sciences Hub Wales

Andrew Cooper is Director of Communications for Life Sciences Hub Wales. He previously led the strategic communications for a number of national healthcare improvement campaigns in NHS Wales, as well as the communications functions for both 1000 Lives Improvement and Public Health Wales.

He is also an honorary research associate with Swansea University and has published on the role of communications in quality improvement and, working with international healthcare improvement organisations, developed and launched ‘The #QiComms Charter’ in 2018.
