Dr Barbara Grey has a clinical background in Occupational Therapy. Extensive experience in organisational development, coaching and working with teams in difficulty. Over the last 2 years Barbara has worked with the medical director to lead the development of the QI programme in a large mental health trust with over 4500 staff using QI methodology as a method to achieve culture change. Barbara has led on the training and development of over 400 staff who are currently involved in QI, developed a new QI service for the organisation, and is leading the delivery of multiple QI projects across the organisation.
