Director of Service Development, SH:24; UK

Chris is Director of Service Development at SH:24. Prior to joining SH:24 he was Head of Health at the Design Council. He is a trained product designer and is passionate about products and services that make a difference to people’s lives. He has worked in both the private and public sector and has designed everything from toys to catheters. Whilst at the Design Council he directed three national open innovation programmes and has spent the last ten years working with frontline staff in the NHS. He has a breadth of experience of inspiring and managing design-led thinking in the NHS.
