Service Designer specialising in healthcare; UK

Mollie is a service designer specialising in healthcare. After gaining a first class degree in Graphic Design from Kingston University she worked at Design Council using design-led approaches to tackle public health challenges.

Mollie has previously led a multidisciplinary design and development team at Mindwave Ventures developing digital products and services for NHS Trusts, charities and national bodies. She has also run design research projects in social and maternity care settings across the UK.

Mollie has worked with SH:24, meeting with hundreds of users including clinicians, receptionists and end users in order to develop award-winning, user-centred services which are commissioned throughout the UK.
