Dr Sara Long is a specialist trainee in geriatric medicine who has worked in South Wales since qualifying from Oxford University Medical School in 2008. She has an interest in how healthcare professionals can use creative thinking to change the way they communicate with each other and patients, and was delighted to have the opportunity to explore this during her year completing a Welsh Clinical Leadership Fellowship in 2017-2018.
