Tina Lynge is the Chief Consultant, Director and Improvement Expert at the Danish Society for Patient Safety RN. She has a Diploma in Management and a Masters in adult education and learning from Roskilde University. Tina has many years of experience with quality and patient safety work in health care at different levels, both as Manager and Director. She has an in-depth and broad knowledge of the improvement method, improvement work and implementation in practice, from the perspective of both a clinical nurse, the Faculty of Patient-Safe Hospital, and as Director for large community programme. Tina is a member of the International faculty at IHI, and works with Qatar NPSC.
