Transformation Associate, NHS Horizons; England

Catherine Wilton is on secondment to the Horizons team led by Helen Bevan from the Coalition for Collaborative Care (C4CC) of which she was Director for 3 1/2 years. C4cc is a national partnership of 53 organisations seeking to promote person- and family-centred care through better conversations, co-production and community development.

Catherine’s career has spanned national roles in government, health and social care, education and the voluntary sector. Outside the day job, she runs a Timebank in her local area and was an elected member of Reading Council for eight years, holding the post of Cabinet member for culture and sport.
