Sean led the development of the internationally successful ‘Productive Ward’ and ‘Productive Community Services’ programmes. He is National Programme Lead for ‘Productive General Practice – Quick Start’.
Sean supports primary care organisations with their approach to quality improvement capability building, through NHS England’s Time for Care programme. He has senior management experience in primary care, acute, community, mental health and regional/national health care organisations. He was a senior lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University School of Health and Social Care and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He holds a Psychology degree, an MBA and a PGCert in Learning & Teaching.
