Helen Crisp works in quality improvement in healthcare as a strategic consultant, writer and editor researcher and trainer. Her previous experience includes eight years as Assistant Director of Research at the Health Foundation, London, UK, where she managed a £4 million per year grants programme for research into patient safety, quality improvement methods and person-centred care.
Helen enjoys working with organisations to translate strategy into action for improved services, with researchers to produce practical tools and with improvers to develop targeted write-ups and training to increase adoption of improvement work.
