Kahlil Coyle is a change maker, leader and believer in empowering staff through a social movement to shape the culture of a health service – and by translating values into behaviours. She has extensive experience in developing and leading national programmes, and has managed community mental health services, mental health advocacy services and mental health in the workplace programmes. Kahlil has a Bachelor’s from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master’s in International Policy Studies with a diploma in Conflict Resolution from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS).
