Senior Director for Patient Safety Europe, Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI); USA Amelia Brooks, Senior Director for Patient Safety, Europe, has been involved in improving patient safety in the NHS and now through IHI. Amelia is a human factors expert and has led and coached improvement teams. She is also a contributor to the development of the framework and faculty for the Patient Safety Executive Development program.
