Assistant Director of Improvement, The Health Foundation

Frances Wiseman is Assistant Director of Improvement at the Health Foundation where she leads the work on leadership development and building capacity and capability in improvement through a number of national improvement programmes. A past participant on the GenerationQ fellowship in leadership and quality improvement, Frances is also a nurse, and has over 25 years’ experience working with and in the NHS, in clinical, commissioning, planning and leadership roles.
