Graham Ellis
National Clinical Lead for Older People and Frailty, Healthcare Improvement Scotland; Scotland
Professor Graham Ellis is a Geriatrician in Lanarkshire where he has been a consultant for over 10 years now and is a clinician with the Hospital at Home service. He is an honorary senior clinical lecturer with the University of Glasgow and an honorary professor with Glasgow Caledonian University’s School of Health and Life Sciences. He also has a research interest in the organisation of acute services for older people.
Paul Smith is an Associate Improvement Advisor for the Acute Care Portfolio within the improvement hub. A Senior Charge Nurse in mental health by background, he has had considerable experience of integration within adult mental health. Passionate about quality improvement, Paul is a Scottish Improvement Leader graduate who is currently leading on the Frailty at the Front Door Collaborative.
