Kate is shaping the analytical team at Improvement Cymru to make better use of modern analytical and data science techniques, embracing whole systems thinking and modelling. Her team supports improvement teams to have the skills and confidence to undertake robust and appropriate data analysis and measuring for improvement.

Having graduated with a degree in Mathematical Statistics with Operational Research, Kate has spent the last 20 years’ working in senior analytical roles across healthcare, defence, and the public sector.
