Student discounted places
Allocated on a first come, first served basis, our special discounts for students are for those who are in full-time education and wish to attend the International Forum.
The student discounts apply to our standard registration fees only. We are unable to subsidize or cover your travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the conference.
Early Bird rates are not available for our special discount packages.
To apply for the discounted student places, please send one of the following to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com:
- A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
- An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference you are booking (10-12 April 2024)
- If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.
Lower-Middle-Income and Low-Income Countries rates
We do have a limited number of places for delegates who are residents of and working in Low-Income and Lower-Middle-Income countries to attend the International Forum for the two or three-day conference at a reduced registration rate. Only delegates from Low-Income (LICs) and Lower-Middle-Income (LMCs) countries qualify for our discounted rates. Please check the World Bank country classification to see if you are eligible.
Please note that these discounts are applicable to our standard individual registration fees only and are not applicable for travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the International Forum.
Early Bird rates are not available for our special discount packages.
How to register:
There is no application process. When registering, please select to register as a delegate and enter your full address on the booking details page as this will be used to verify your registration.
The discounted rate will be automatically applied when you choose a country listed as LMC or LIC on the World Bank country classification list while filling in your personal details.
As allocated places are limited, discounts will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You may be contacted to provide proof of residency.
Faculty and teachers
We are offering a limited number of scholarships and special discounts for teachers to attend the London International Forum. These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
These discounts are applicable to our three main conference days registration fees only and are not applicable for travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the conference.
To apply for a discounted faculty place, please send a letter from the Head of your Department stating you are a faculty member to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com.
