Online attendees can take part in brand new online-only sessions in addition to watching sessions streamed live from the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare in London.

Why join the International Forum online: 11-12 April 2024

If you cannot attend in person, attending online still provides you with a great opportunity to access quality outcomes-based learning, connect and collaborate during and after the conference. You will hear about the latest research on quality and safety improvement, enjoy lively discussions, hear international perspectives and exchange ideas to adapt and take back to your own practice.

What does the online attendance package include?

We are offering online access to:

  • All four keynote presentations from the main 2-day conference programme (11-12 April 2024), streamed live directly from the venue in London
  • Six online-only live sessions, developed specifically for our online attendees
  • Access to on-demand recordings from all sessions taking place at our main stage in London on Thursday, 11 April, and Friday, 12 April.
  • All ePosters, and opportunities to connect with the presenters about their work
  • Online ePoster stage sessions, where you can hear from other attendees about the projects they are working on
  • Networking opportunities with virtual delegates joining from around the world, International Forum sponsors and supporters, and speakers

 

Access to all content included in the package will be available for up to 6 months after the conference.

The prices in the table above are in GBP, per delegate and are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Our individual rates are applicable to all delegates, with special discounts for:

  • Students in full-time education
  • Residents of Lower-Middle-Income Countries (LMCs) and Lower-Income Countries (LICs)
  • Faculty and teachers

 

All bookings should be made online and are payable by credit/debit card or invoice. We can only issue invoices for groups of five or more people from the same organisation.

Student discounted places

As a students in full-time education, you can apply for an online discounted student place by sending one of the below to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com:

  • A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
  • An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference (10-12 April 2024)

 

If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to subsidize or cover any costs associated with joining the online conference.

Lower-Middle-Income and Low-Income Countries rates

Only delegates who are residents of and are working in Low-Income (LICs) and Lower-Middle-Income (LMCs) countries can qualify for our discounted rates. Please check the World Bank country classification to see if you are eligible.

How to register:

  • When registering, please select to register as a delegate and enter your full address on the booking details page  – this will be used to verify your registration
  • The discounted rate will be automatically applied when you choose a country listed as LMC or LIC on the World Bank country classification list while filling in your personal details
  • You may be contacted to provide proof of residency

Faculty and teachers

To apply for a discounted faculty place, please send a letter from the Head of your Department stating you are a faculty member to Marina Antanasiotis at mantanasiotis@bmj.com.
