International Forum London Senior Leaders Programme - Global Problems, Local Solutions

Topics discussed at the International Forum will be of specific interest to those leading quality improvement (QI) at organisational, system or national level.

The Senior Leaders programme

As we reflect on the past few years and the emerging context in which we are now working – advances in AI, increasing polarisation in society, rise of misinformation and loss of trust in science and health, and continuing challenges with human resources – health and care leaders face significant challenges in the journey to advance high quality and safe care.

At this year’s International Forum in London, we are inviting CEOs and senior leaders to join an interactive day of dialogue, learning and reflecting on how we can support each other and our teams to achieve collective goals.

This year’s Senior Leaders programme has been specially designed with ample opportunity for conversations and discussions on these topics:

  • How do we navigate the tensions between politics and healthcare?
  • What are the challenges and opportunities we face when working across organisational boundaries and co-designing with communities?
  • What can early career leaders tell us about the changes we need to make to our systems?
  • If I knew then what I know now… reflections on personal leadership journeys

The programme will allow you to engage in conversations with experienced and emerging senior leaders such as Don Berwick, Dame Jackie Daniel, Christina Krause, Jason Leitch, Göran Henriks, Amar Shah, among others.
