In this hands on workshop session, we will use Lego™ Serious Play™ Open Source methodology with rapid cycles of building models in response to challenges posed. We aim to unleash creative thinking about perceptions of leadership, the characteristics and skills of a good leader, the barriers to being the best leader you can be and how these can be overcome.

With no technical abilities or equipment required, come prepared with enthusiasm and an open mind to explore, build and share your ideas!

After this session, participants will be able to:
1. Consider how creative thinking skills could be applied in their workplace.
2. Share ideas on their perceptions of leadership.
3. Explore their personal barriers to achieving leadership goals and how these could be addressed.
