Tsung-Hung Chang worked at the School of Public Health and Tropical Medical, Tulane University, State of Louisiana, USA (MS) from 1998/11-2000/05. From there he became Superintendent at the Kaohsiung Armed Forces General Hospital in Taiwan. After this role, he went on to be the Director at the Department of Healthcare and Medical Care with the Veterans Affairs Council. Then, he held the position of Director at the Taiwan Hospital Association, before becoming the Director, Taichung City Medical Association, Taiwan.
