Shifting from “me” to “WE”
Imagine a healthcare system, of which we are a part, that embraces the essential needs of all those implicated by our decisions, as our primary organising principle. Effectively reorientating ourselves to enhance our chances of success in consciously evolving the healthcare system to meet the needs of those it serves. We will share our lessons learned and our insights into the social context in which cooperative behaviours are reinforced more than selfish behaviours, in pursuit of this endeavour. If you wonder how we could improve our responses to meet the needs of a changing future or why initiatives sometimes fail to generate sustainable improvements, or why we habitually revert to what we have always done; join us as we deliberate on some far-reaching questions.
